Each adjustment hole will change the height by 1", so you can raise your wing height by 2" using this insert. Raising the wing height will create more left side weight. Of course, too much left side weight isn't good. On small tracks where speeds are slower, not as much wind is on the wing so the resulting left side roll weight transfer is less
