Rump - Yearling Prime Grass Fed (Northern Rivers)BUTCHERS SELECT RUMP STEAK Often underestimated, but packed with real beef flavour. Rump steak has a reputation from old pub specials, but done properly its anything but basic. Cut from a working muscle, it delivers bold flavour and a satisfying bite. Cook to medium, rest well, then slice thin across the grain and serve in the centre of the table. Finish with lashings of house chimichurri for maximum impact.
